[Dxbase] dxcc worksheet?

Hi Folks,
Well, with egg on our face, it turns out that there is a small problem with 
the selection of QSOs on the DXCC award. After reviewing a sample database 
from someone that included CW qso entries prior to 1975, we were able to see 
that our logic was causing some Qs to be excluded that should have been 
included when someone selected all of the categories simultaneously. The 
problem doesn't occur unless CW mode was chosen in addition to other 
categories. We are currently testing a patch and so far it seems to be 
working correctly. Once we finish validating our change, we will make it 
available for download. Sorry for the inconvenience.
