[Dxbase] Counties

I've noticed similar glitches in the county field of 2006. The following is
based on my limited use of the county field so far since upgrading. When
using the Previous QSOs screen to enter info from a received card I've
noticed county field performance is intermittent. When going to enter the
county info I tab over the previous fields, including the State field. Some
times it appears as though DXB doesn't pick up the state info when I tab
through the field. If I start typing the county info (in lower case) and
auto fill doesn't complete the entry, it's because the wrong states counties
are in the collapsed list and the county being entered isn't there. If I
move the mouse cursor back to the state field and click on it, then tab to
the county field and start to enter the county info it is correctly entered
because the correct county list for this state has now been selected. The
behavior noted appears intermittent at this point. Sometimes tabbing
through the state field selects the correct county list, sometimes it
doesn't!

county name will not be entered. It must be typed in upper case, plus the
complete county name must be typed, or you must go to the drop down and make
a selection.
