You need to read the help documentation under:
Awards>DXCC>Multiple QSO's.....
In order to get this feature to work you have to tell DXBase that a 
given card contains multiple Q's. This is done by assigning a card 
number to such cards. The suggestion is that you use something 
consistent like the date (plus a serial number since you are likely to 
receive many cards in a single mailing from the bureau for example). I 
have not looked into how big the field can be, so this needs some 
thought to get it right.
