[Dxbase] K2TA report

I'll second George's request Joe....if it's not too much trouble.
Historically...my first DOS program that printed the report from DXBase 2.0
only had 160-10. When I added WARC bands later...it was easiest to tag them
on the the end. Just programming laziness on my part more than any
"logical" choice.
I sent a copy of my old report to Joe and asked if he could duplicate it.
Looking back we probably should have discussed the re-sequencing of the
bands report.
BTW...the original report was printed double sided on a single sheet of
paper and laminated. It also printed the country totals for each band/mode
in bottom right hand corner of the 2nd side. That little band/mode summary
did not get duplicated in the DXBase 2005 version. Not sure why...I don't
think we discussed it.
Joe...sorry to give you more work. But thank you again if you can do it.
