If you indeed have only one callsign certified, then yes, it says you submitted 6.6K of 
qso's to LoTW and have received 677 LoTW qsl's in return.
Which is just about the average that most people are experiencing at this time.
If you are a rtty mode users, you average will improve.
If you are a contester, your average will improve.
Those two groups tend to submit their logs more frequently than others as they are already 
computerized and frequently in the format that requires no conversions.
