Ok let's try this by the numbers.
1. You are a member of LoTW, have a certificate and can access the site and see the qso's
you submitted?
2. You submitted the qso's to LoTW by using the Selection Wizard to create an .adi file
that you then used the LoTW software to 'Sign' and create a .tq8 file?
3. You accessed the LoTW site and used the UPLOAD tab to send that .tq8 file to LoTW?
4. You can access the site, use the YOUR QSO'S tab and select RECENT QSO'S and see them.
Lets make sure we are on the same page with steps 1 through 4. First and then we will take
it a step farther.
What seems to happen is someone misunderstands some step in the process and from there on
everything just piles up.
We can solve this....
You aren't the first to have a problem and I guarantee you won't be the last.

Thanks for the answer but I don't understand it. LoTW sure is
complicated and has done absolutely nothing for me. I can readily understand
why people get frustrated trying to set it up. I may just scrap the program
myself.

Well yes, it's in both.
You could count them on the LoTW screen although it will give you a total of
how many
qso's you submitted and how many your have received qsl's for.
Or
You can download the qsls report, import it into DXB and use the report
features to see
who has and how many LoTW Qsls you received.

How did you determined how many LoTW QSLs that are confirmed? Is this in
DXBase, LoTW, etc?

Congrats!!
I'm presently sitting at 260 worked/256 confirmed as of today on SSB, and
103 confirmed on CW. I think I'm going to be holding near there for the
next few years, though...at least till I move and get a SteppIR up at 60 ft!
