Well, I'll do the same thing with the new ones that I did with the old
ones - take them to the local post office and get an $.80 stamp for each
one. Will do that before the end of 2006. Actually took 50 of them to the
post office yesterday. All the new style I have received have the 12/31/2006
expiration date on them.
Maybe in 2006 the post office will come out with new expiration dates?

Well and EXpiration date makes some sence. If other countries hold these
and not redeemed there is a deficate that has not been payed. What do they
do with the money that was not payed out by the Postal service in the US?
With the experation date this way instead of holding the money for redemtion
of the coupons they can do what ever they want with the remaining money that
is not do anything.
Are the new ones and old oned redeamble by payment to other countries with
GOLD? Cash, What? How does the US postal service pay another country when
that country, not person, return the coupon for paymet?
Keep The Faith, Jim
