[Dxbase] Cannot find DXBase2005 Countys

Hi Gary:
 Sorry - should have been more clear. These KL7 LoTW QSLs are showing up
with other county names because the KL7 operators are entering them that
way. DXbase appears to have the counties/boroughs correct, but the warnings
are issued when the KL7 operators upload their logs to LoTW with something
different. I was just wondering why these ops seem to be unclear about what
the "counties" are up there in the frozen north !
