I've seen a better map but can't find it right now. I think this shows the 4 basic 'counties' that may help some. Alaska lists 27 counties yet they don't actually have counties. I read some where that there are some areas that aren't assigned into a borough so they use the 'area' map to locate them. Confusing mess. Anyway the link below shows the four areas.
