[Dxbase] LOTW count impropriety ?

Al,
One quick way is to create a fresh DXBase log (empty) and label it 
something like LoTW.mdb.... really creative...
Then do the LoTW ADIF import into that log and see if you get all the 554 
QSL records. The import error report will tell you if anything was rejected.
