[Dxbase] ADIF import from Writelog of contest exchanges

Tom,
It would appear that the easiest way to do this would be to EDIT
your Writelog exported ADIF so that the SRX "name itself" would
be find/replaced with SPEC1 - and - the STX would be find/replaced
with SPEC2 ....
This way, your info from writelog will be imported into the
SPEC1 and SPEC2 columns of DXbase.
