[Dxbase] IOTA'05.LL to be converted to Cabrillo

Sergei,
The *.LL file is strictly a List & Label file -- that file
can be seen/executed only by the exe file entitled:
llview10.exe
The above exe file can be found in your 2006 main directory.
There is no method to export a Cabrillo formatted file from
DXbase ... The best method, if you have it available, would be
to import your "DXbase adif export file" into one of the
various "Contesting programs" (such as Writelog, etc.) ..
