[Dxbase] Installation problem

I'm having a problem installing DXBASE 2005 in my laptop.
I'm using Win ME.
I downloaded the DXbase zip file into a folder called DXBASE and also copied
the zipped registration file from my other computer into this folder.
I unzipped DXbase and ran the installation. All went well and I can run the
trial version.
I then unzipped the registration into this "DXbase" folder. I then ran the
registration program and got this message: "Are you sure you want to add the
information in c:\dxbase\K2LS.reg to the registry?
I clicked on "YES" and got this message "Information in C\DXbase\K2LS.reg
has been successfully entered into the registry".
I recycled the computer.
When I launch DXbase 2006 I get "This is a TRIAL reminder! It will disappear
after registration.
What did I do wrong??
