Note: this only counts qso's made in the last 12 months ending Jan. 32 @23:59Z, that were 
uploaded to LoTW and subsequently resulted in a LoTW qsl.
This does not count LoTW qsl's received for qso's made & uploaded more than 12 months ago.
And a note to the list moderator and readers.
If you feel this stats report is inappropriate, let me know and I'll discontinue 
submissions.
But in the last few months, I've seen a large jump in non USA submissions and also contest 
log submissions.
