[Dxbase] Auto Callsign lookup w/o CD

I would love that! It take my cdrom a couple secs to spin up then do the 
lookup. Doing a internet lookup might be a little faster and it would 
be more current. Sure would be nice. I would be happy even if it just did a lookup on the 
fcc database.
