Actually no Stu...
BUT I have a TS2000X for UHF/VHF, FT1000MP for HF which I use
sometimes and 756PROIII.
The way it is currently configured is Com1 to the FT1000MP and COM2
to the TS2000X. When I want to use the 756PRO I have to disconnect
the cable from the Yaesu and hook to the ICOM, reconfigure DXB, and
then later swap them again. Oh yes I could use a switch but wouldn't
it be nice to have a couple more ports available and set them up properly ?
Same with my rotors. I have two rotors on the 100' tower, one on the
50' tower, and the last one on my receive loop. Once again wouldn't
it be nice to control any given rotor at will ?
I know we are being to picky. But since I have a PCI to SERIAL
adapter card which controls 8 devices and two onboard serial ports
why not utilize them and simplify things ?
Just my opinion.
