[Dxbase] Rtty & Digital count off ?

I have a interesting problem and can't quite figure out why. When I 
go into Output/Awards/DXCC and choose RTTY with COMBINE DIGITAL and 
RTTY I get a printout which has HH2PK on 10M RTTY and it says NO in 
the credited column.
I went into the logs and looked and I have HH2PK worked and confirmed 
on both 10m and 20m RTTY with the DXCC checked in the AWARD column on 
the 20m contact and nothing checked on the 10m contact. Both contacts 
have checkmarks in the Valid column. This should mean it would say 
YES in the credited column.
Now if I go back and do the same thing and check EXCLUDE PAST 
SUBMISSIONS I would expect to see HH as it says it is NOT credited, 
yet it is not there.
Am I doing something wrong or looking at this picture wrong ?
