[Dxbase] can not connect Internet cluster

I'm not sure exactly what your doing.
But....
192.168.1.20:7300 is usually an IP from a router.
If you wish to connect to a cluster than you should use that cluster's IP directly.
In Tools>Options>User Options click on Internet.
Then where it says IP Host, choose the cluster you wish to connect with.
If the cluster you want to use is not listed, than you must use File>Modify Host File and
enter it.
Hope this is what you were asking about.
