[Dxbase] Printing anomaly

I just noticed a really weird oddity on a QSL label. I printed a label
for two QSO's with OD5NJ. But I happened to check the log in DXbase and
in fact one Q was with OD5UJ, the adjacent QSO record. Somehow, even
though I obviously clicked the "QSO Label" icon for both Q's in error,
DXbase printed one label with both Q's under OD5NJ! Anyone else ever
have this occur?
