[Dxbase] My only irritation when using DX-Base 2005

Tom,
Afraid you will have to look somewhere other than DXbase for the cause of 
this problem. There is nothing in DXbase that prevents you from dragging a 
window that has focus.
Wish I could offer a suggestion of where to look but I've never of any such 
problem on a computer so can't even begin to offer a guess.

If I go into a field ("qsl received date" for example) on the "Previous 
QSO's" form and the form is blocking my view of the Summary window so I 
can't see if this is a new country on a particular band and the QSL card 
should be saved for submission to ARRL I cannot move the window by dragging 
the title bar.
Has this behavior been changed in DX-Base 2006?
