[Dxbase] How to print DXCC info from ARRL web site??

I'm getting ready to apply for the CQ DX Field Awards, using Joe's new reports for this purpose at his website.
These reports work great for summarizing which fields are confirmed by mode and band/mode.
I want to minimize the number of cards to send by using my DXCC credits (as documented under my account at the ARRL LOTW) for the single-field entities. Joe's web page shows the steps needed to find this information. 
My question is, how do I get a decent printout on standard 8.5 x 11 inch paper that covers all the bands? I've tried saving the web page and editing it and using different page layouts, but so far I can't get an output that will span all the bands I have credits for, namely 160m thru 10m. 
What program do I need? (I have WordPerfect at home, and Microsoft Word at work).
