[Dxbase] Grids

John,
The Jan 1, 1980 limited was placed on the CQ DX Field Award
by CQ Magazine..
The reports that I made also have the limitation/cutoff
built-into the logic - so that any qsos before 1 Jan 1980
will not be looked-at.
