I don't think it's that simple. As I said earlier, "There were Western
(before 1994) and Eastern Carolines (before 1986)."
Both were KC6 when they were U.S. protectorates. As I also said earlier, I
have one of each. If you have a KC6 card pre 1986 it could be either T8 or
V6; no way to tell without looking at the card.

Or say no. It doesn't matter for that one QSO. For example I can enter
1A1A on 80 meters and change the prefix to P5, answer NO at the query and
the log will show a not-confirmed P5 QSO on 80. (I wish, but 20 meters
will have to do)
