I had something similar way back.
It turned out that a fellow I worked on 160 sideband had incorrectly listed his mode as
Lower Sideband.
So during the import, DXB said it was a new 'unlogged' qso and added it to my log.
Unfortunately I didn't have many 160 qso's so the dupe was quick to find.
I pointed it out to Jack that maybe before DXB log a qso it should 'ask' for permission.
I don't think many people who use logging would NOT have a LoTW qso logged as you can't
get a qsl unless you've uploaded a exact time/date qso for that station.
But a mode error could come up.
The exception to this is if you had uploaded a contest log or file that was not added to
your DXBase log.
