TO5M at one time was Martinique but this year it is Reunion.
It is already mapped to Martinique in the database so if I map it to 
Reunion how will it know the difference ? Is there a method to make it year 
specific ? For example say it was Martinigue in 2000 but in 2004 it is 
Reunion ?
