[Dxbase] IC7800 logging problem - solution

I experienced problems with my new IC7800 and DXBase2005. More often than
not the frequency was not read in correctly
from the radio to the log.
Courtney gave me a hint to change the radios.ini file and modify the pacing
and EOC values.
In my case the EOC value change from 100 to 75 solved the problem.
Maybe this helps someone else.
