[Dxbase] reinstalling DXBase 2005

Hi Tony,
You should be able to copy over all of your DXBase files after doing an new
install and don't forget the DXBase2005.ini file in the Windows directory.
The only precaution is make sure the new install is in the same directory as
the old program was. If not you just need to edit your DXBase2005.ini with
the correct directory path.
