I've run into this problem too. I seem to recall that the QSL Info window only accepts one line at at a time. After pasting the first line of the address to the QSL Info window go back to the RAC and highlight and copy the second line. Go back to the QSL Info window and click on the insert new line icon next to the Delete X and the up and down pointer arrows. When a new blank line is inserted, click on it and paste in the second line of the address. Continue doing this as for as many lines as there are in the RAC address. When done make sure the 'Use DXbase' radio button is selected and then click on the 'Save Record' icon on the toolbar. The address will then be written to the manager data base.

Subject: [Dxbase] Addresses from RAC CD
I just worked S79DF and he gave his QSL Manager as IV3TDM. I added that into the QSL Info\Manager window and clicked on Save. It appears that IV3TDM already had an address in the Manager database and for some reason it was deleted and replace with an error that it could find the address on the RAC CD. I thought that odd, so I brought up the CD, entered his call and got the address. So then I thought I would copy it back into the Manager database. I would highlight part of the address on the RAC window, right click, select Copy and then try to paste it in the manager database and it would not let me. I managed to get the name, but could not get it to accept the rest of the address.
Any ideas?
Bob
