[Dxbase] PSK Logging

Bob,... my personal opinion.... it doesn't matter. The frequency from the
radio ought to be just fine except for the most severe perfectionists.

Reading Bill's email about satellite logging has be thinking about PSK
logging. I'm using HamScope and it has a button, "Log It", that I can click
and DXBase pulls the frequency from the radio, but is that the proper
frequency to be logged or do I have to take the frequency from the radio
readout and add the offset shown in HamScope?
