[Dxbase] ADI IMPORT ERRORS

I think it has something to do with frequency too. Seems 7Q7MM used the
European practice of inserting a comma where we would use a period. The
frequency was 28.497 (should have been 28.49700 in adif), but he has it
as "28,49700" which comes out as 28 GHz or some such.

Below is a sample of the errors I get when I try to .adi import a log
created by LOGGER.
Every qso in the log produces the same error.
I'm thinking it has something to do with the frequency.
Can anyone help.
