Yes, look under Tools/Options/User Options/ and on the Log Defaults tab
and put a check mark in the boxes labeled:
"Populate Name/QTH/Grid from CDROM" and
"Populate County from CDROM"
also under Tools/Options/User Options/ and the Directories tab you must
have the CDROM set up and a check in the box labeled:
"Activate CDROM Interface in QSL Info Window"
