[Dxbase] DXCC submission

I think it totally depends on the field checker. I had approx. 250
cards with 306 QSO's field checked in April.

Darn, I should have mentioned that.
Ken is correct, if your mailing it don't matter how you send them in.
You only need the form properly filled out if submitting to a 'field
checker'.
I can't remember the max cards a 'field checker' can take though.
