[Dxbase] DxBase 2005 install problem

 I am having a hard time trying to install 2005. I just installed a new hard drive and Windows XP pro and DxBase 2005 will not install. run the setup.exe file and the logo comes up and installshield wizard box comes and all stops and I get another box with this info 
" An installation support file could not be installed. The specified module could not be found."
 OK
 Well I reinstalled windows XP and get the same error. Anyone out there that can help?
