[Dxbase] For DXbase 2005 users - modified intuitive version of Rptdesc.ini file is available

To all DXbase2005 users,
Ron, N5IN - has sent me a very nice update to the Rptdesc.ini file for
DXbase2005 !! The intent was to make the Rptdesc.ini file much more
intuitive for the user! He sure did "good"!! I am using his version now.
I have posted his modified file to a webpage at:

PSE - be sure and read the "special instructions" on that webpage - TNX!!
This modified ini file is only good for DXbase2005 users.
As with any of the files that we users make, you have the choice
of using or not using the file(s).
