Hi, just forget about that REF# field as this is an internal field to DXbase
log-table.
The record number/QSO number you ar looking for is shown in lower left
corner of the QSO-Log window.

Subject: [Dxbase] Problem With Ref#
Hi All!

I am a Newbee to DXbase. I have DXbase 2005.
How do I get my REF# column for reference numbers to start at 0001? Or am I
messed up? Is any one lese having this problem? What did you do about it?

I just loaded DXbase for the first time and started to log past QSO's and
noticed that it started at 5189 and I made entries up to 5196. I deleted
all those entries and entered the first one and that number for that first
entry was 5197. What is going on and why. A friend of mine told me to
ignor it. I tried changing that number and it did not change. So I am going
to ignor the darn number and start typing my 2000 entries into the computer
and listen to my friend.
