[DXBase] New reports from Joe WA6AXE

Good afternoon to all !!
I have tried to now make some "combination" type of reports.
The first one is for those users who mark the AWARD column and
the SELECT column for tracking their Mixed DXCC ... If you have
any other method of tracking them - this report will not give the
correct output..
The file is named:
dxcccredselect.rpt
When you first bring up this file, you will see a "Selection/Dialogue"
window -- from which you can make many selections .. You can pick
which report you want to see:
Already Credited -- or -- Selected to be Credited on your next
Submission.
You can choose either to show the Deleted Countries - or not to show 
them. You can also SORT - upto 4 levels..
The DEFAULT for all of the dialogue window's selections is setup
for the Already Credited / without Deleted Countries / and sorted
(ascending) by BAND then MODE ..
This provides an output much like the DXCC application record sheet
would appear.
---- the second new report ----
The second new report was my attempt to "combine" the
5 Band DXCC Listing report together with the 9, 10, and 11 Band
DXCC Listing reports..
Again, there is a "Selection/Dialogue" window with this report..
I am trying to put as many of the "same kind of" reports - into one
package - thereby allowing us to not have so many reports out there.
If these new reports workout all OK - and are useful to everyone --
I will delete the "separate" reports -- in favor of only keeping
the "combined" versions.
