[DXBase] Email trouble

Hi Folks,
Our ISP has advised us that they believe they have found the problem that
was causing so much trouble and they have implemented a fix.
From what we can determine, the fix appears to have solved the email
problems that we were having. We apologize for the inconvenience and we
appreciate everyone's patience.
