[DXBase] To DXbase owners that also use WriteLog

For DXbase owners that also use WriteLog, I have added a page on the
rttycontesting.com website showing how to filter QSO's out of an ADIF file with
DXbase to use with the "Preset Exchange from ADI file" tool in WriteLog.
This only needs to be done in contests where some of the contestants send QTH
information and others send serial numbers (such as the ARRL RTTY Roundup, XE
RTTY, EA RTTY, SP RTTY and some other contests). You can filter the QSO's from
the previous year's contest log for those stations that send QTH information.
Import these QSO's into WriteLog and it will pre-fill the QTH field. It's a
really nice tool.
