[DXBase] WPX award listing problem?

I've never sent in for WPX, so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm using
DXB2004.
I went to the "Output" -> "Awards" -> "WPX" worksheet and had only Mixed
checked in the Award type area, and only "Only QSOs valid for WPC band =
and
mode" checked in the QSO Record Filters section. I click the Compute
button, then answer No to the box that asks about listing the selected =
qso's
as credited, etc. When I click on the QSO form, there are QSO's on 6
meters, 12 meters, 17 meters, etc included in the listing.
Reading the rules for WPX, at:
http://www.cq-amateur-radio.com/WPX%20Award%20Rules%202004.pdf
Under section 1. Applications, and letter E, it clearly states:
"....VHF contacts do not count for the WPX Awards program. WARC band
contacts are not acceptable."
Am I doing something wrong, or am I misinterpreting the rules, or is the
Award Selection for WPX broken?
Also, since I'm sending this, last year at Dayton I had my DXCC cards
checked by Bill Moore himself. I had several cards that have multiple
QSO's confirmed on the same card. He stated to me that when you have
multiple QSO's on a card, they want them listed at the end of the sheet,
sorted by call. For example, if you had one card with a 10 meter QSO =
and
an 80 meter QSO on it, you should not list it in the 10 meter section =
and
again in the 80 meter section on the printout. You should have all of =
the
single QSO cards listed in the normal order, and then list the multiple =
QSO
cards at the end. I realize that DXbase doesn't know if you have 2
separate cards or a single card with multiple Q's on it. Is there any
easy way to deal with this though?
Thanks....Dave -- N9FN
