[DXBase] Deleted Countries

I had a brain fart and Art suggested I reread your email.
For the life of me, I can't remember exactly how to do this.
A lot depends on the time frame that you worked the 4W stations
If it was recently, use the country drop down list to select East Timor which now has that
Prefix.
East Timor is now called Timor Leste but I think DXB still has the East Timor name.
When you find the East Timor, click on it and DXB will ask if you wish to 'Map' this
callsign to this Entity. Say yes.
You must do it for each recent different 4W1 callsign you worked
I think there is instructions on the DXB website that explain how to properly do the
Callsign changes pertaining to the dates Yemen was delisted and 4W was reassigned.
If you have the latest version, that would have been included as I remember.
Hope I got it correct this time...
