Dave,
I doubt there is any reasonable way for someone to put a DBase record into a
DXbase Access record without the benefit of all the logic that is applied
when we import a record. Although the record format is Access 97, it
doesn't stop there. There are many relationships between different tables
within the database that must also be accomodated.
The best way for you to accomplish your goal is to put your DBase records
into the required ADIF file format. An ADIF is a text file ending in a .adi
file extension. The file format and record structure along with the field
names are all detailed in the adif.doc file. I believe a copy of this file
was installed in your DXbase folder. If not, let us know and we can email
you a copy.
Regards,
Courtney
