Bob,
I must correct your previous statements. You do not have to be connected to
an internet cluster in order to access the pathfinder site from within
DXbase. However, you must be connected to the internet since that is how
pathfinder is accessed. When you access pathfinder, your default web
browser will automatically be invoked to display the results. From the
sounds of your messages, I think your basic issue is not with software, it
is with your connection to your ISP not being reliable. You might wish to
check out your connection and configuration at dslreports.com
Regards,
Courtney

Well I found out that I, at least, have to have a internet cluster up. Then
at least it brings up the browser, but I got a page not found. Just tried
to connect to QSL.net via the browser and got the same thing so their server
may be down for some reason.
I guess I just have to have an internet cluster up if I use Pathfinder, just
wish they would spell that out in the manual. It says you have to be
connected to the internet, which I was, they just didn't say I needed to be
"connected" using the internet cluster.
Thanks for the help,
Bob
