No! I didn't set the time or change any settings on "the machine." I
didn't change anything. DXBase was running for hours. I noticed that =
the
Telnet DX announcements were 1 hour off DXBase's UTC time. I hadn't =
changed
anything. I clicked on my computer's time (Windows local time) in the =
lower
right hand corner and it no longer said Eastern Daylight Time. It said
Eastern Standard Time. I have Windows XP set to Automatically =
synchronize
with an Internet time server. I had it set to time.windows.com. It
apparently synchronized around 5 pm and switch to Eastern Standard Time
during that sync. I changed to time.nist.gov and my clock went back to
Eastern Daylight Time. Immediately everything was back to normal as far =
as
DXBase's UTC time. I JUST WANTED TO WARN ANYONE WITH WINDOWS XP USING
TIME.WINDOWS.COM FOR TIME UPDATES. I think that server has a problem.
