[DXBase] Moving DXbase to a new PC

Jim,
1. Perform a new install of DXbase on the new machine.
2. Apply the registration key that was provided to you on the new machine
by double clicking the .reg filename.
3. Copy your .mdb file from old to new machine into the DXbase folder. If
you do this by way of a CD, remember you must set the properties after
copying it to the drive to remove the read only flag.
