[DXBase] DXB 2004 Internet Cluster problem?

You did it. That's it. Thanks.
I have Norton Internet Security and it needed to be configured. With most
programs it usually asks but it didn't with DXB 2004.
As Inspector Jacques Clouseau said in the Pink Panther, "Problem Solveeed!"
I knew it had to be dumb pilot error because the error message was
immediate.
