Tnx for the hint. Here is what I had to do to make it work.
Under "Directories"
"CDROM drive" E
"CDROM data path" \rac\
"CDROM type" RAC!

I found some computers require the entry in Tool, User Options, directories,
CDROM Data Path to be in this form:
F:\directory name\
Basically for some reason...some computers require that final \ at the end.
