[DXBase] '03 to '04 imported database

I understand that, but I was curious why all the records loaded when I
entered the W3CMN call in the box. I assume (please confirm) that it
loaded all 5,351 records from the -03 database because I had registered
both call signs for DXB 2004. The Operator Callsign field in the new
-04 log is correct: first ten records are the W3 call and the rest are
W1EBI. I just didn't want to have to delete all records and do it all
again!

If you get a message during import that says "error" then the record was
not
imported. So, when you got 100 percent dupes, none of the dupes were
loaded.

Callsign
