[DXBase] Yaesu FT-857 Interface

I'm looking for help to interface an FT-857 with DXBase 2004. Has anyone
been successful?
Does anyone have necessary info to add to the radio.ini file?
I've attempted to write the code but find it requires skills beyond those I
have.
