[DXBase] Supported PCMCIA/USB Serial Ports

Wow, shows you what I know... haha.... Well, that being the case, I'm back
to the usual, set options in DXbase to agree with the setup of the TNC and
it ought to work. Or, maybe the type of devices you have are more
sophisticated (smarter) than what others are using.
