[DXBase] adding a backup feature to DXBase (verification)

He is using a system called "SpamArrest" (http://spamarrest.com/) which is
highly effective in reducing spam to nearly zero. However it is not as
powerful as TMDA (http://tmda.net/) which could have avoided the reply for
this particular type of reflector by generating a special return address
which would be immediately delivered, thus not generating the challenge
message, but which would expire in 'N' days. Once expired the address would
be useless to spammers.
Since I am replying only to the reflector, my message will be delivered to
"Francis' without challenge.
The particular reflector software used by the DXBase Reflector reveals a
persons actual e-mail address, and thus is a way for spammers to harvest
addresses. Of course no spammers should be subscribers, but can we be sure
this is the case? If there is an option in the 'mailman' reflector software
to hide users actual addresses perhaps it should be enabled.
